Insulate and paint
All is cleaned, sandpapered, degreased.
The setting in finish takes place, it is the occasion to make me the
hand with the painting gun.
The goal was to make in first the interior of the bus and the driving
compartment, in order to be able to reassemble the engine and the
dashboard. Thus, I will be able to bring the bus in a pro of
automobile painting having a cabin for the last external layer.
Painting of the driving compartment (even color than outside:
RAL1000).
Cleaning, sandpapering, treatment and painting the tank.
Soundproofing of the driving compartment, using glass wool compacted
in plate, put in plastic, on the model of the original insulation.
Firewall is insulated in the same manner.
The firewall joint is changed.
All is repainted, then reassembled back.
